B.O.S.S. AI Secrets is a digital education program that provides access to proprietary course materials, training content, community resources, and intellectual property upon purchase. Content is released on a progressive schedule beginning on the program launch date or date of purchase.
Because access to the Program is granted and digital content delivery begins upon purchase, and because such content cannot be returned, allsalesarefinal.
1. No Refund Policy
All purchases of B.O.S.S. AI Secrets are non-refundable. This applies to, but is not limited to:
• Pay-in-full purchases
• Payment plan installments already paid
• Partial completion or non-completion of the Program
• Failure to access or use the Program
• Dissatisfaction with content, pacing, or outcomes
• Changes in personal, business, or financial circumstances
• Failure to implement strategies taught
• Inability or decision not to use Captivation Genius or any third-party tools referenced in the training
• Requests made after content delivery has begun, regardless of how many modules have been accessed
By purchasing the Program, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund for any reason.
2. Payment Plans
If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.
You are obligated to complete all installments regardless of whether you have completed, started, or used any portion of the Program. Partial use, non-use, or dissatisfaction does not modify or relieve your payment obligations.
Failure to complete a payment plan may result in suspension or termination of access to the Program, Community, bonuses, and any associated benefits. Suspension or termination does not cancel or waive any remaining payment obligations.
3. No Refunds for Termination or Misuse
No refunds will be issued if access to the Program is suspended or terminated due to:
• Violation of the Terms of Service
• Abuse of staff, community members, or support channels
• Sharing, distributing, or reproducing Program materials without authorization
• Intellectual property violations
• Fraud, misuse, or deceptive conduct
Removal from the Program or Community for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Chargebacks and payment disputes are not an acceptable method of requesting a refund.
If you initiate or allow a chargeback or payment dispute:
• Your access to the Program and Community may be terminated immediately
• Any bonuses or additional resources may be revoked
• You may forfeit access permanently
• We may provide account, access, and usage records to the payment processor
Chargebacks are considered a material breach of the Terms of Service.
5. Discretionary Refunds
Any refund, if ever granted, is provided solely at the discretion of The Boss Life, is not guaranteed, does not set precedent, and does not waive or modify this Refund Policy or the Terms of Service.
If a discretionary refund is issued, access to the Program, Community, bonuses, and all related resources will be terminated immediately.
