These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase of and access to the AI Revolution Secrets digital course (the “Program” or “Course”).
By purchasing, registering for, or accessing the Program, you agree that:
* You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
* You are at least 18 years of age.
* You understand this is a digital product and that all sales are final once access is granted.
* You understand that Captivation Genius software is not included with this purchase.
* You have the authority to enter into this Agreement on your own behalf or on behalf of your organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or access the Program.
The Boss Life may update these Terms at any time. Your continued access to the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Program Overview
AI Revolution Secrets is an online educational program focused on AI-based business strategies, automation workflows, and related digital systems.
Your purchase of the Program may include:
* Access to pre-recorded video lessons
* Worksheets, templates, and other digital materials, as applicable
* Bonus trainings or resources, at our discretion
* Access to The Boss Life resource area community associated with this Program
* Future improvements or updates to the core course, at our discretion
The Program is self-paced. Unless explicitly stated as a separate offer, it does not include:
* Done-for-you services
* Guaranteed live coaching or live Q&A
* One-on-one consulting or private advisory work
* Captivation Genius software access or subscription
Many strategies taught inside the Program involve using Captivation Genius. Captivation Genius is a separate software product that requires its own subscription and is governed by its own terms, pricing, support, and refund policies.
Legal Entity Notice
These Terms are issued by 10112746 Manitoba Ltd., doing business as The Boss Life. Any reference to “The Boss Life” in this Agreement refers to 10112746 Manitoba Ltd. DBA The Boss Life.
Access Rights and Lifetime Access
When you purchase the Program and complete the required payments, you receive “lifetime access” to the core Program materials for as long as the Program is offered by The Boss Life.
We may update, modify, replace, or retire Program materials at any time without notice. Lifetime access does not guarantee that any specific module, bonus, or feature will remain unchanged or available forever.
Payment Terms and Payment Plans
You may be offered one or more payment options, such as:
A single pay-in-full option; or
A four-payment installment plan (for example, one payment per month for four months)
You agree to pay all amounts owed under the selected plan.
If you choose a payment plan:
* All scheduled payments must be completed to maintain ongoing access.
* If a payment fails or becomes past due, access to the Program, community, bonuses, and any affiliate-related benefits may be suspended.
* If your access is suspended due to nonpayment and you later bring your account current, you may request reinstatement by emailing:
* Reinstatement will be handled manually and is not guaranteed until we confirm that your account is fully up to date.
Affiliate Program Eligibility and Status
Participation in the AI Revolution Secrets affiliate program is optional and subject to approval by The Boss Life.
To be eligible to participate as an affiliate, you must maintain an active, fully paid purchase of the AI Revolution Secrets Program in good standing at all times. Affiliate eligibility is conditioned upon the continued validity of your Program purchase.
Affiliate eligibility will be immediately revoked if:
• Your Program purchase is refunded, reversed, or otherwise invalidated • You initiate or allow a chargeback or payment dispute • You fail to complete a payment plan • Your access to the Program is suspended or terminated for any reason • You violate these Terms or any applicable affiliate guidelines
If affiliate eligibility is revoked:
• You may no longer promote the Program • You will no longer earn commissions on new referrals • Any pending or unpaid commissions may be forfeited • Affiliate access, referral links, dashboards, and related benefits may be removed without notice
Participation in the affiliate program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or guaranteed compensation arrangement. Affiliate commissions are not guaranteed and are earned only in accordance with the applicable affiliate terms and eligibility requirements.
The Boss Life reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate affiliate participation at any time.
Recording and Download Restrictions
All Program materials, including videos, trainings, sessions, and any related content, are protected.
You may not:
* Record or download any video, session, or call unless we explicitly provide you with a download link for personal use.
* Copy, screen-record, or otherwise capture video lessons or live sessions.
* Share, distribute, or post Program materials publicly or privately outside your personal use.
Any unauthorized recording, duplication, sharing, or distribution of Program content is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate removal from the Program and community, without refund, and may also result in legal action.
Community Access and Conduct
Your purchase of the Program includes access to The Boss Life resource area community associated with AI Revolution Secrets (“Community”).
Community access:
* Is tied to your Program purchase and payment status.
* Is independent from any Captivation Genius subscription.
* May be revoked if you fail to complete your payment plan or violate these Terms.
You agree to maintain professional, respectful behavior in the Community. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:
* Harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior
* Threats or degrading language
* Spam, unsolicited promotions, or repeated self-promotion
* Sharing inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content
* Attempting to defraud or manipulate staff or other participants
The Boss Life may, in its sole discretion, remove you from the Community for any conduct violation. Removal from the Community does not entitle you to a refund.
Bonuses and Program Changes
Any bonus content, extra trainings, templates, or additional resources offered with your purchase are provided at the discretion of The Boss Life.
We reserve the right to:
* Add new bonuses
* Modify existing bonuses
* Retire or remove bonuses
* Change the format or schedule of any trainings
Bonuses and add-ons are not guaranteed and do not affect the no-refund policy for the Program.
We may also update, revise, or improve the Program curriculum at any time without notice. Such updates do not entitle you to any refund or credit.
Relationship to Captivation Genius
AI Revolution Secrets is a training program. It does not include or bundle access to Captivation Genius.
Captivation Genius:
* Is a separate software product with its own subscription and pricing
* Has its own Terms of Service and refund policy
* May be required to implement certain features taught in the Program
Your purchase of AI Revolution Secrets does not grant you any license or subscription rights to Captivation Genius. You must subscribe separately if you choose to use it.
No Earnings Guarantee
The Boss Life makes no claims, promises, or representations that you will earn any money or recoup your investment by using the Program.
You understand and agree that:
* We cannot and do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or financial outcomes from using any of the strategies, tools, or methods taught in the Program or presented on any page, training, or community forum.
* Any financial figures, case studies, or results shared are illustrative examples only and should not be considered typical, average, or guaranteed.
* Your results will vary based on many factors beyond our control, including your experience, effort, market conditions, and business model.
* All content is for educational and informational purposes only and is not financial, legal, or professional advice. You should conduct your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals such as accountants, lawyers, or advisors before making business or financial decisions.
Responsibility Disclaimer
You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.
By registering for or purchasing the Program, you agree that:
* You will not hold The Boss Life, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, or representatives liable for any decisions, actions, or results that you take or experience.
* You are fully responsible for implementing any strategies and for any results, whether positive or negative, arising from your participation in the Program.
Intellectual Property and Use License
All Program materials are owned by The Boss Life. This includes:

* AI workflows, prompts, frameworks, and systems
* Templates, worksheets, and downloads
* Branding, logos, and trade dress
* Course structure and design
When you purchase the Program, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your personal educational use only.
You may not:
* Share your login or allow others to access your account
* Copy, redistribute, or publish Program content
* Use Program materials to create competing courses, trainings, or products
* Repackage, sell, or teach the core methods as your own program
* Upload Program content to any website, file-sharing system, or platform
We reserve the right to revoke access for any suspected or confirmed intellectual property violation without refund.
Testimonials and Individual Results
Testimonials represent genuine past experiences from real clients or customers. However:
* Results described in testimonials are not typical and will vary.
* We do not guarantee earnings, ROI, or any particular outcome.
* You may not earn your money back, and you may experience different or no measurable results.

By signing up for AI Revolution Secrets or any related upgrades, you consent to receive communications from The Boss Life, which may include:

* Promotional offers, special opportunities, and limited-time invitations
* Marketing campaigns via email, SMS, and/or social platforms
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the links included in our messages. However, if you unsubscribe from all communications, you may miss important updates about your purchase or continued access.
Live Participation, Unmuting, and Media Release
From time to time, The Boss Life may host live webinars, workshops, or sessions for Program participants.
By attending any live training, you acknowledge that:
* You may be unmuted at any time and may speak or receive live coaching.
* Sessions may be recorded, including your voice, image, name, and contributions.
* Photos, video footage, and screenshots may be taken during live events.
* You grant The Boss Life permission to record, use, reproduce, display, and distribute such recordings or media in any format for educational, promotional, or commercial purposes without compensation.
If you do not wish to be unmuted or included in recordings or media, you must notify us in advance at:
[email protected] and follow any instructions provided (such as keeping your camera off, using a pseudonym, or avoiding certain portions of the call).
Program Support
For support related to Program access, payments, or technical issues within the course platform, contact:
* Basic troubleshooting for login or module access
* Clarification on billing or payment plan status
Support does not include:
* Custom business consulting or strategy
* Done-for-you implementation or technical setups across third-party platforms
* Detailed troubleshooting for third-party software such as Captivation Genius or other tools
Typical response time is within a reasonable time frame, generally within 24 business hours on weekdays and up to 48 hours on weekends or holidays.
Termination and Suspension
The Boss Life may suspend or terminate your access to the Program, Community, and related resources, without refund, if:
* You fail to complete required payments
* You violate these Terms or community guidelines
* You engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior
* You commit or attempt fraud, chargeback abuse, or other misuse
* You infringe on our intellectual property or share Program materials improperly
Upon termination, you must cease using all Program materials and destroy any copies in your possession (digital or physical), except where retention is required by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Boss Life is not liable for:
* Loss of revenue or profits
* Loss of data
* Business interruption
* AI inaccuracies or errors
* Third-party software failures or downtime
* Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
* Our total liability arising out of or related to the Program shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Program in the 90 days preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Mandatory Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Manitoba, Canada.
You agree that:
* You waive the right to a trial by jury.
* You waive the right to participate in any class action or group lawsuit.
* Arbitration is the exclusive method of dispute resolution.
