By registering for the Dream Offer Challenge or any associated VIP upgrade, you agree to these Terms.
Section A – Dream Offer Challenge
Program Overview
The Dream Offer Challenge is designed to teach entrepreneurs and business owners how to effectively market and package their offers. Participation in the Challenge, access to training, and use of the provided resources are subject to these Terms.
Weekly Call Access & Recordings
Participants are invited to attend daily live training sessions for the duration of the Challenge.
Recordings will be made available for a limited time depending on your purchase tier.
Additional or makeup calls will not be added for missed sessions.
Downloading or distributing recordings is strictly prohibited.
Recording & Download Restrictions
Unauthorized duplication, sharing, or distribution of any recordings, replays, or related materials is a violation of these Terms and may result in removal from the Challenge without refund.
Live Participation, Unmuting & Media Release
During live training sessions, webinars, or workshops:
You may be unmuted and asked to participate at any time.
Sessions may be recorded and your voice, image, name, and contributions may be captured.
Photos or video footage may also be taken.
Your presence and participation are your express consent for The Boss Life to use, reproduce, display, or distribute such content in any format for educational, promotional, or commercial purposes—without compensation.
If you do not wish to be unmuted or included, notify [email protected]in advance and keep your camera and microphone off.
VIP Upgrades
Offer Accelerator VIP includes:
Daily 30-minute live Q&A sessions with Miguel (immediately following each training).
30-day on-demand access to Challenge recordings.
30-day access to the Captivation Genius AI tool.
Offer Mastery VIP includes everything in Accelerator VIP, plus:
Priority Hot-Seat Access (mic-first in at least one session; must attend live).
Private 45-minute 1:1 Zoom Call with Miguel’s expert team (scheduled within 2 weeks after the Challenge concludes).
6 months of Captivation Genius access.
Important Notes:
Recordings are available only within the access window described above.
Additional or makeup calls will not be added for missed sessions.
Recording or downloading sessions is prohibited.
Refund Policy – Dream Offer Challenge & VIP Tiers
No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.
Digital content and bonus sessions are considered consumed upon access.
All sales are final.
