By registering for the Million Dollar Dream Offer program, you agree to these Terms.

Section A – Million Dollar Dream Offer Program

Program Overview

The Million Dollar Dream Offer (MDD) is an intensive training and implementation program designed to help entrepreneurs develop, package, and launch high-ticket offers.

Weekly Call Access & Schedule

Participants are invited to attend weekly live coaching, strategy, and implementation calls with Miguel and his team.

Typical schedule:

Monday: 10:00–11:30 AM CT (Coaching & Strategy)

Wednesday: 11:00 AM–1:30 PM CT (Tech Support)

Thursday: 10:00–11:30 AM CT (Implementation)

Call times / durations are subject to change.

Recordings will be available for on-demand review.

Additional or makeup calls will not be added for missed sessions.

Downloading or distributing recordings is strictly prohibited.

Recording & Download Restrictions

Unauthorized duplication, sharing, or distribution of any recordings, replays, or related materials is a violation of these Terms and may result in removal from the program without refund.

Live Participation, Unmuting & Media Release

During live training sessions, webinars, or workshops:

You may be unmuted and asked to participate at any time.

Sessions may be recorded and your voice, image, name, and contributions may be captured.

Photos or video footage may also be taken.

Your presence and participation are your express consent for The Boss Life to use, reproduce, display, or distribute such content in any format for educational, promotional, or commercial purposes—without compensation.

If you do not wish to be unmuted or included, notify [email protected] in advance and keep your camera and microphone off.

Bonus Support & Promotional Offers

From time to time, The Boss Life may provide limited-time bonuses or incentives.

Closing Bonus – Eligibility Requirements
Participants who qualify for Miguel’s Masterclass Closing Bonus (live or pre-recorded appearance by Miguel to help close your offer) must meet all conditions:

Timely Enrollment: register before the published bonus deadline.

Minimum Qualified Attendance: host a Masterclass or live event with at least 50 paid attendees or other verified qualified leads (as determined by The Boss Life).

Revenue Share Requirement: agree to a 25% revenue share of sales made during the supported session, payable to The Boss Life. This may be applied toward any remaining program balance.

Use-By Window: the bonus must be scheduled and used within 90 days of program conclusion or enrollment (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

The Boss Life may revoke this bonus if eligibility is not met or Terms are violated. This bonus is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or credit.

Practice Session Terms

Participants will be provided with access to two live Practice Sessions (typically in Weeks 3 and 4).

Scheduling: announced during the program; first-come, first-served; ~45 minutes each.

Commitment: once you confirm a timeslot, registration is final. No rescheduling, cancellations, or transfers. No-shows are forfeited.

Refunds: included as a bonus; failure to attend does not entitle you to any refund, credit, or additional session.

Preparation: you must arrive prepared with slides/framework/presentation.

Impact: while optional, participation significantly increases success rates; skipping may reduce your results.

Payment Options

After your $997 deposit is received (not refundable), you may choose one of the following:

Payment Plan

First payment of $2,497 within 7 days of deposit.

Second payment of $2,497 30 days later.

Remaining $10,000 success-based balance (see below).

Pay in Full

One payment of $3,997 (plus the $997 deposit).

Remaining $10,000 success-based balance (see below).

Success-Based Remainder

The $10,000 balance is due only if you successfully implement the strategies and generate revenue from your Dream Offer.

This amount is structured as a good-faith agreement (not enforced as a legal debt).

You commit to paying within 18 months of completing the program if you achieve success.

If you need more time or do not generate revenue, contact The Boss Life team to discuss alternative arrangements.

Refund Policy – Million Dollar Dream Offer

No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.

Digital content, tools, and private sessions are considered consumed upon access.

All sales are final.
